Chalet Felderhof

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen, vor allem der tolle Blick auf das Matterhorn zur einen Seite und zur zur anderen Seite konnte man die Gornergratbahn und die Helikopter der Air Zermatt beobachten. Die Lage ist top, in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, die Gornergratbahn, die Sunneggabahn, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei schöne Spielplätze. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal im Hotel Post war sehr nett.

Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Aufzug und deshalb mussten wir das Gepäck in den 5. Stock tragen.

Easy to find and keys in lock box easy to access. Central location especially for train station. Comfy beds. Hosts very responsive to the problem we had with no hot water.

Balcony only had view of stairwell of block of flats in front of building. This was not very clear on the description. Only room for one arm chair in the lounge area which was also very dark. Very noisy throughout the night unfortunately so couldn't open windows at night when it was warm.

Good location and comfortable apartment, beautiful view. We had almost everything we needed.

Beds were a bit hard and pillows very large for sleeping. A choice of pillow sizes would have been nice. The hot water kettle is plastic inside so we didn’t use it.

no trash bags, toilet paper, or dishwasher tablets refill. you need to buy them yourselves in the supermarket. if you only stay for a couple of days, you will end up buying way more than you need.
