Great location short walk from the main train station, even closer to the Gornergrat mountain railway station. Sunnega funicular a few minutes walk away. Very close to Banhofstrasse main street with shops and bars. Easy check in and out. Well equipped kitchen Super hotel quality beds and bedding with amazing pillows

I'm second time in Zermat. The appartment was just a minute walc from the main railway station to Tasch and traint to Gornergrat for skiing. Perfect location where you don't need a taxi for anything. There is a special room in the building for ski equipment. In the appartment you have everything you need just like in your home. Comunication is perfect. Very good view on Matterhorn and sunrise from the fifth floor.

Very close to the lift and train station which made it convenient to get to the location with bags. The washing machine was very handy!

The shower is connected and visible to the bedroom, whilst this wasn’t an issue for us personally it would be great if this could be advertised when booking the room.

When there was an issue, the responsible person at the given number was helpful

The building has no stairs, so someone has to carry the laggage all the way up. This should be made clear while booking. When you have the key, you have to figure out which floor is your room and that your name is written by the door, as there is no reception. Again, this should be made clear while booking
