The lion statue was scary.

The location. The apartment is facing lake Brienz with beautiful view. It was extremely delighted to enjoy sunrise and sunset, hear the lake wave, view the mountains with snowy summit when sitting at the balcony. It is just like a paradise.

Few restaurants and few shops. Difficult to find an open restaurant after 8:30 pm.

Amazing apartment to stay near Interlaken. The views are stunning, and the apartment is very comfort for couples.

Brienz is a small and cozy town, but most of the shops close early and there are not many options for restaurants. However it’s only 20min from Interlaken and well located for other experiences around the area.

The apartment is nice a rather big, Amazing view. In the bathroom was soap and towels, paper. The water in swimming pool was heated, in late October, but as never somebody swim there, so we didn’t guess that the water was warm, we just understood it at our last day there unfortunately.

We arrived at the place late in the evening, and the owner knew about it, At the main entrance were not written name Alpenblick! the door was closed, nowhere can see promised envelope with our key, and nobody answered to phone call. We were getting ready to look for other hotel for the night! Then finally we were lucky and owner answered in whatsapp and tried to explain us something instead of coming to meet us! Finally she came to open the door. All In general the service could be more professional. In the apartment the floor and kitchen tools were not very clean, also was some dust and webs around. We asked the owner at least to give us cleaning equipment, he promised this, but we never got it. Also we noticed inside insects. The transparent curtain at the main door was not suitable, so we had to use own jacket to close this window from the street.
