Nice view and friendly staff

Our biggest disappointment was that the terrace was not private at all. This means peoplencan come and see inside through all the windows. Frequently people came to see the view passing front of our windows looking at us eating etc....

The view of Lake Brienz is amazing and so is the location to the center of town.

The apartment was NOT clean. The floor had footprints all over, a dirty rag was left in the kitchen sink, there were cigarette butts left on the patio, and, worst of all, there was a 5 inch spider, along with other small ones, in the unit. Outside our unit entrance and patio were the bins for the dirty laundry for the whole building. The road noise kept us up all night since it's the main road around the lake. The beds were hard. The owner charged us to use a "heated" pool, which was cold and dirty. I definitely do NOT recommend staying here and would look elsewhere. We left after the first night and did not receive a refund.

Location near station, all facilities, lovely view overlooking the lake. Spacious, well equipped apartment.

Cooker hob. Instruction helped but one hob did not work, the others sometimes reluctant. Old age? Terrace not private enough. Not properly screened from neighbour & was visited by general public.public
