The receptionist was outstanding, despite a lack of being able to communicate due to language barrier. Was able to assist with some other requests that arose too

Both room seemed a bit dated but over, place was great.

Very good location, lots of good places around, same block as a big mall KkOne and 100m walk from xiasha metro. station. Entrance adjacent to to chiu gee dessert place, C2 above the door. Very helpful receptionist who was very patient with us as we had lots of questions as we couldn’t speak Chinese. Would highly recommend a stay here, was great having a washing machine and food places so close.

"Enjoyed our stay. Apartment was small but was enough for 2 people."

The apartment is situated above the KK One Shopping Centre which was super convenient. Metro was a short distance walk from the apartment which was awesome after exploring all day.

Convenient location and cleanness of the room.

Wifi internet was not working for first 3 days. TV was not working. There were no instructions on how to use the cable TV connected to the internet router.

"Superb"

The location is great----3 min to metro station (B Exit of Xiasha) and close to a local living area of everything as well as a mall. Staff are also great and very helpful. Definitely will come back and strongly recommend!
