The staff are amazing! As this was my first time in China, I was unaware that everything is paid for using WeChat or cash - very few places have card facilities. I arrived at the hotel exhausted from a long flight and jumped in a taxi to the hotel. As I had not had time to find an ATM, and taxis do not accept cards, I was in a quandary. Fortunately, the host of the hotel came out and paid the taxi driver using her personal WeChat account, got me settled in my room, and pointed me in the direction of an ATM. The host's English was very limited, but we managed to communicate well through Google translate. The room was spotless and had everything I need for a comfortable stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - I give it 5 stars!

Very good location!

The security guy didn't speak English nor was friendly. Had to call the host gal who came down after a happening at the entrance. Too bad!
