ease of getting information from the host and ease of getting into the property

This is my second time staying in the same apartment; one night traveling to and from final destination.

The blinds on the front door need to be replaced, some broken slates.

There was no breakfast and the location was easy to find. It was a very hot night and this made it uncomfortable to sleep. In the evening we had the door open which helped cool the place but it got very hot at night despite the air conditioning.

Everything was very good, with the exception of the stifling heat and lack of air flow at night.

I liked that it included a full kitchen.

I didn't like that a neighbor decided to mow their lawn at 8 a.m. (which was like 7 a.m. to me). However, this of course was not in the owner's control.

It's a decent little apartment for an overnight stop. Having a full kitchen was nice. There's not a lot on offer in the immediate neighbourhood, so being able to prepare simple meals there was useful. It's not beautiful, but it's clean. Also, pets are allowed (with surcharge). We were travelling with our dog, so that was a big factor in booking here.

Honestly, the main drawback is the decor. The kitchen cabinets are painted in this really ugly brown textured style that make the room seem even smaller than it is, and gives the whole space a dingy appearance. With a fresh coat of paint in something light and clean looking I'd give it another star.
