The place is small and quaint and met my needs. I was travelling across provinces and booked the room for an overnight only. The place was very clean and supplied with everything I needed.

The house number doesn’t show 54, it only shows 52 on the front. I’d add a sign out front so people know where it is. The email with the check in information went to my junk mail. You may want to advise customers to check their junk mail if they haven’t received the check in directions. The tv hardly had any subscribed channels.

Location, size of space, comfort.

It would have been great to receive the text with the instructions a little earlier, certainly by early in the morning. I was on the road when received so didn't know what I was going to be doing or how to find the address.
