Hot water, electric heater in the room which is rare for Bogota, good wifi, nice pleasant room. This small boutique hotel is at least a hundred years old, historic and very nice.

The only downside is the upside, that is the hotel is located on an incline. You can of course walk down to the more active part of La Candelária and taxi back. I also was very slightly inconvenienced by the locks on the outer doors. The custom in Bogota is to have secure locks and these are certainly secure, just a little inconvenient.

Wilson was very attentive and friendly. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

The room we stayed in had a shower that was not well sealed, so the floor outside the shower was constantly very wet. We used several towels just to soak up the water. The floor in our room was very old wood slats that made a LOT of noise when you walked across the room. The property is at the top of a very steep road to get down to the shops, square, etc. it was quite a struggle for us as we are retirees.

Loved this Casa. Staff were really helpful and the location was walking distance from all main sites
