Comfortable and great location. Very helpful when we had to arrange a late check in due to our bus being delayed

Lovely place, good location in Candelaria (short walks to museums / main square - all sub 15 mins) but located up a fairly steep hill so not ideal for all. Nilson very helpful and quick to respond to any asks.

The walk back in the heat was tough at times! We were advised it’s not super safe to walk back to after dark but we had no issues - just a watch point that you may need taxis if coming back later in the day.

Incredibly friendly staff especially Nelson. Bed was comfortable but could have used an extra full sized pillow. Enjoyed the kitchen facilities and the in room heat when a cold snap rolled through. The courtyard was also very beautiful and peaceful.

The road beside us was noisy in the evening and early morning.

Spacious room with heat! Welcoming staff. Kitchen good enough for breakfast, very quiet in rooms in the back. Sunny patio,when weather cooperates. Close to all places to visit.

A little hike to get there...but nothing terrible!

Things were OK

Host arranged an early bag drop with Nilson, who was very helpful in all ways. Very spacious room, snacks and water provided on day one and a single burner so we could have coffee.

Could do with another side table and lamp (the room was big enough !) Shower could have been hotter but the hot water was being fixed on the final day so that could have been the reason.
