The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen good.

The entrance to the apartment (the common areas) was very messy and the pool was dirty. If they promote it with a pool included, it must be in good condition to be used, however that was not the case, we did not intend to use it.

"Much better than a hotel - and far less expensive"

This appartment exceeded our expectations. It's comfortable, squeaky clean and very well equipped. There's a nice pool, fully equipped kitchen, big washer and dryer, remote controlled fireplace, smart TV and WiFi. And don't forget the extensive bar and barbecue area in the garden - all for your private use. The beds were comfortable and very clean with new sheets. We used this appartment as the base for visiting Victoria and surroundings. It's not in the center but only about 10 minutes away in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Marlisa is a fantastic host, she gives you all the privacy you need but she's there when you need help.

I can't think of anything we didn't like about this appartment. Be aware that this is not a hotel though, so there is no restaurant and you have to organize your own breakfast. There are many places nearby where you can eat though, and the garden is so nice you'll want to have your meals there!

all the appliances are new and house was very clean

it’s impossible to find the house at night, the house number is not very visible. also keep in mind the bed is a double bed not a queen bed so it can be hard for two people to sleep in the same bed.
