Very comfortable stay, everything you could possibly need and very clean. Location is very central but still feels very private. The guys at the office are very helpful booking tours, transfers etc Recommend!

The place was clean, fully serviced and extremely well located. I actually liked it a lot despite all what didn't work for me.

Unfortunately, I couldn't stay in the place. I rented the two units and slept in the biggest one which doesn't have mosquito net in the bedroom. As these are containers and I was too sick to use the airco, I couldn't get fresh air and even if I didn't let the windows open there were mosquitos. I left after one out of 3 nights. I understand the camera in the parking is there for safety of the clients; but at the end your comings and goings are also watched closely. Pillows weren't really comfy. All these things you notice only when coming to the place.

They use, by default, a PayPal link to pay for the reservation. But we overcame the problem by paying directly to their head office which is only 5min walking distance from the room. And they drove me there also. The only serious recommendation would be to clean the shower better. It wasn't at the level of the rest of the services offered.

Having a laundry room was great. WiFi was strong. The fact they are in former containers made it unusual, but still nice inside.

Not much natural light and could have done with more lightening in bedroom around mirror. Wish I'd picked the apartment with spa bath as clouds blocked my view of Arenal :D

The garden seems like it is a bird sanctuary. There is a sloth living by the tree and you can often see him there. The location is great and it has air conditioning in the room. The terrace is beautiful and you can enjoy your breakfast with all the vibrant colours of the garden and the visiting creatures. It's secluded and calm, altahoyght it's pretty central. They have a coffee machine with filter papers and coffee ready to use. All the kitchen appliances you might require. The staff is responsive and helpful.

There was a leak next to the bed and our passports and money got soaked inside the safe (somehow). The building is not very noise insulated, so you will be woken by the early birdsong, but I didn't mind this much, as I am an early riser myself.

Nice and clean. Good condition. Nice view to the Mountain from the terrace. kitchen was nivel equipped. shower pressure was good and hot water came straight away. Only small walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was attentive and nice. Can totally recommend- would stay again. Bang for the buck!
