They told us the pool was free but then we had to pay at the end of the stay.

"A few niggles but I'll be back"

Absolutely loved the place, scenery was amazing.

The pool was cold and the water had a smell. The oven was defective in 273 so was unable to use all facilities for self catering. The shower leaked.

"Superb"

The location is about 1 hour drive from Interlaken. There is a train station behind with about 5 mins walking distance. The area is nice, cool and excellent.

"Shabby - and the food in the hotel is a disgrace."

Location is „downtown“ Kandersteg

Shabby ist probably the best word to describe both hotel and rooms. As a Swiss I‘m really ashamed that this is what our hotels offer to guest from around the world.
