Localization

Walls to tiny , it was heard when someone is breathing behind the wall . There was no room service ( unacceptable for Hotel ) , no changing the towels . Lack of information provided in English regarding rules .

Perfect location. if you come by train, is an easy walk to train station. Its 10 minutes away from the gondola to Oeschinensee, and across the street from tourist information. You walk to many restaurants around and grocery store across the street. We had the chalets that were the simplest, but ok. A bit dated but with all you need. The terrace looked into the river and that was nice. We originally were given a chalet on ground floor, which basically had no privacy unless you close all windows - this seemed to be newer, a bit more renovated. Upon request we got given one of the ones upstairs, which seemed a bit more dated but with good privacy. We were really happy and had a great time.

Large closet-ish, but with a weird storage place for your clothes, making it very difficult to store your clothes. Vaccuum cleaner took lots of closet room-we had to seek for a place to move it away.

The view was amazing and it well located, have a grocery store in front of the place and also they have restaurants around and inside the hotel. The rooms were big and clean.

The only thing I would say they could improve is offer flat pillows. Is massive the size and everybody got back pain 😭

Location, comfort and size of the 1-room flat, friendly and helpful staff, lovely spot with the grass all around and super convenient to everything.

Flats have no sound insulation, we could hear every movement, step and word of the couple above us . They were fortunately a very quiet older couple but the ceiling was really thin. That said, I would take this over a hotel room, any day.
