Furnished Seafront Studio

Very convenient location for the diving centre, beach and local restaurants.

For this price it met my expectations.

INFECTED BY INSECTS! NOT READY TO LIVE INSIDE ! Ants were all around the studio, very dirty , very old and infected from insects which were inside the luggage , make up, biscuits, clothes, wardrobe. Is not suitable to live before being desinfected. The owner was super rude telling me to go out from the studio in the middle of the night and he said to clean the studio before leaving. He said to not have food inside the studio (which I did not have any food) but even having food is not normal that on the 4th floor the studio is complete infected by ants everywhere! He/She is completely out of mind. The inside of the studio is not renovated is extremely old and dirty, is very disgusting. Is not front sea how she/he announced.

It is in very good place, the location is close to the beach and with 10 minit walk u are on the Palm Bech Very helpful owner always available for every question ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great time in Andreas' apartment, we stayed only 3 nights but it perfectly fits for long stays too, since it's fully equipped with all necessary facilities like kitchen, washing machine, rack to dry the clothes etc, and you even have the socket adapters. Not all furniture is brand-new (like the shower cabin) but all is working. There is a balcony as extra space and it's nice to stay outside and maybe have a drink. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable for my standards. The location is just strategic: in few steps from the beach, in 15 mins walk from the center, there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, one pretty good is on the ground floor of the building. The host has been extremely fast with answers. Awesome quality-price relation, I highly recommend it , just bring stuff like soap, toilet paper etc, because they are not included but can be easily found in the shops nearby.

Very good position near the sea, Larnaka is beautiful. And very very nice apartment :)
