Great location near plenty of restaurants and kiosks

The position of the flat is very close to the sea and shops

The hot water pressure is very weak in the flat. The kitchen could be improved with few more appliances

Supermarket, beach 10 minutes.

In windy weather, the wind blows through the apartment, replacing windows and doors would not be a disadvantage. The pavement is damaged in many places.

Very fast responses from host. Apartament was clean, with all goods that I needed. Also very close to sea. I really recommend this place

Overall experience was quite good. Apartament has almost everything you need during a stay, an iron and ironing board are a nice plus! Also localization is wonderful, right next to cafes, restaurants, near the beach and really close to main bus stop and Laranaka's center. There is an open swimming pool outside the apartament, and that's really great! You can easily pick up some drinks and spend whole day swimming in there. The apartament is really small, you can even say tiny, so keep it in mind! The beds are comfortable, and the AC is working great! overall experience - quite good, value for price? - not really. Do I recommend that place? - sure, try it.

Just like I said overall experience was quite good, but there were few things that for me, should be fixed/adjusted to make the whole stay great. First of all, the interiors doesn't look so fresh and new like on pictures, most of the furniture and stuff inside is quite old, I don't mind that, but I think that the pictures should show how the apartament looks like right now, not at the first day after renovation. For me biggest problem was that there IS NO CLEANING SERVICE, It's my first time in an apartment without changing the bed linen or at least towels, so it's like big, big minus for me. Especially when you staying here for more than just a week (but to be honest even a week can be problematic), so keep that in mind. Also when you using the hot water, the pressure is really low, so basically everyday you need to take cold shower, I was ok with that, because with 34C outside, it was quite refreshing. There were a lot of not fully empty tiny travel bottles in the bathroom cabinet, most of them were already over term of use, keeping them inside kind a looks like no one is cleaning that cabinet. There were also two different issues in the bathroom but I have reported them directly to the owner.
