Studio in heart of Limassol

We loved the apartment but when we first arrived we were horrified by the state of the building and approach to the building but once inside the apartment was nice spacious and clean with a good view of the sea but we didn’t go on balcony as very unsuitable and in disrepair

The state of the building and communal areas and we wouldn’t use the lift as we didn’t know who would know if it got stuck and we could be in it for hours

The general location of apartment was very good. Close to bus stop and Old Town centre, post office, bank, church, spoiled for choice regarding dinning. All of which we used. The apartment was roomy. Having a washing machine was very handy as l could not find a laundromat near bye. There was no problem with hot water or the cooling system.

The property needs some maintenance & and a good dusting. Wouldn't recommend this appartmeny for the elderly or those with disabilities.

The location is amazing in the old town many restaurants and bars . Very nice apartment.

The noise of the bell every morning from the church that next to the apartment Was annoying The stream in the shower pretty low.

Big apartment, good kitchen, nice balcony

WiFi can be a challenge, the entrance of the builiding and white light
