Charming Holiday Retreat Kato Paphos Apt 400m To The Beach

This property is absolutely beautiful. Check in was easy as there is a keysafe right outside of the door so you can let yourselves in. The owner had left some goodies on the kitchen counter top with two bottles of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge! It was amazing. The wifi was reliable and never failed during our stay. TV was handy and we were able to watch some movies. The owner left a manual book with instructions on how to use the aircon amongst other things. The owner is very reachable via WhatsApp with a very quick response. The property was clean, comfortable and very beautiful. There was a hairdryer which was handy for me! The owner left sewing kits, comb, toothbrushes etc in the drawer in the toilet drawers. Unreal - the attention to detail is amazing. Check out was smooth as you just put the key back in the keysafe.

Good location, very friendly landlord, leave some presents like bottle of wine, snacks. There was everything required in the apartments. Supermarket is very close, like 100 meters

Very noisy outside since there is a road right after the apartments. It’s better to keep windows and balcony closed

The place is exactly as it is on photos, the place was spacious and very clean with new appliances. The day of arrival we received all instructions on how to get into the apartment - there was a key box. We eventually met the host in person, who seems to be very friendly, helpful and even gave us some tips on where to go for a dinner. We also rented a car for 2 days, thankfully there is a parking spot right in front of the building. We were very happy with everything!

As the bedrooom window faces the main street, I would not recommend it for a person who has a light sleep. Also, not for someone who prefers a harder mattress!

The apartments were spacious and very clean. It was easy to pick up and drop off the keys - we didn't even meet the hosts in person. We had a lot of online communication with the owner, who is very communicative, answered a lot of our questions and helped us. There is a lot of free parking close to the apartment, so it was not a problem to travel by car.

The apartments are further away from the Old Town, but we travelled by car, so it wasn't a big disadvantage. Also, the bedroom windows face the main street, so if you're a sensitive sleeper, be aware of that.

It's a nice apartment with one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. It's all clean and the price is fair. There's a 10-minute walk to the beach and there are some very good restaurants nearby. It was very easy to get inside, the host is very friendly and helpful. There's all you need inside the apartment for a shorter stay.

The apartment faces a surprisingly busy street and it's very noisy, closed windows won't help. The kitchen could be better-equipped than 3 plates and 3 mugs. The building itself is very old and damaged and the area is a bit suspicious.
