"Newly remodeled apartment containing everything you need for a longer stay."

Excellent newly renovated apartment with a very nice host. Check-in was super easy with a lock box. AC available in both the living room and the bedroom. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen and a nice balcony.

The apartment building itself is old and a bit run down. It’s also located on the main road which at times can be a bit noisy when sitting on the balcony.

The apartament was newly renovated. The interior was new, clean and cozy. With a very good location. 400 m away is a very beautiful beach, a beach promenade and a beach cafe will be opened soon. :)

Very nice place, Soo comfy and near to the beach. Rooms were cool even without the air conditioning and then the sleep was very good. Very helpful host and answered for all the possible questions we had 👍

We had a really nice time at Sofronis’s apartment! Sofronis was super nice and was really easy to communicate with him throughout our stay! The flat was really well equipped, clean and super cozy! The flat is a few minutes away from beach (SODAP Beach) - probably the best beach in Paphos. Bus stop, taxi, restaurants, little shops all in once place.
