The view to the sea is lovely without question. Also, the ability to walk to a nearby supermarket and a great number of restaurants made the location very convenient. Someone mentioned parking is tight and I assumed they meant space wise. What we found was it was more parking spots can be hard to find at some times of the day. There is not a reserved space for the apartment. Generally we always found a spot, even if it was the last one. The host answered messages quickly but did not respond to all issues.

The apartment is in need of a SERIOUS deep clean (and really, a refit). We had to remove quite a build up of hair from the shower drain to stop the water overflowing from the tray. The basin was also clogged but after seeing the gunk inside my husband refused to clear it. It's beyond me how a cleaning team could clean the shower and basin and not notice the immediate issue with drainage. Also, there is literally nowhere to place anything in the bathroom. We had to bring in the stools from the balcony to use as a shelf. The kitchen amenities, they leave a lot to be desired. Three random wine glasses, insufficient cutlery. There was dish detergent and sponges provided but they were not brand new. To me, there are many issues with hygiene in this apartment. We stayed 12 nights and were informed that no cleaning would take place. They did change the sheets and towels once (after I requested) and I was told there was a washing machine. Not sure how I would wash sheets and towels in it though. I've stayed in plenty of self-contained apartments and never NOT had at least a weekly clean. Be aware that most of the appliances in the apartment have European plugs and the outlets are for UK plugs. We found appliances jammed in anyway. There was ONE adapter provided which we had to rotate, they couldn't find us a second. There are no smoke alarms fitted. And when sitting on the balcony you will also have a lovely view of the rooftops of commercial premises below complete with abandoned signage and rubbish. Lastly, I have to mention the noise. Others commented about it but it is much more noise than I gathered from their reviews. The music at a nearby restaurant starts at 7:30am and stops at 12:30am. It gets LOUD in the evenings. To add to it, the location of the apartment means there is a lot of traffic noise with revheads on bikes and in cars going on all day and well into the night. We found it a very difficult apartment to get any rest in. The noise is...

Perfect location, walking distance to all the attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants on the Paphos waterfront. The best view of the bay and the sea. The apartments are well-equipped and 100% match the description. Special thanks for the early check-in option without additional charges.

Probably, in the future it would be possible to install a dishwasher, especially since there is a place for it. Although, given the number of restaurants and bars around, there is simply no time to eat at home. And you can also rinse the glasses after cocktails manually)))

The amount of steps up to the apartment but a small price compared to what you had with the apartment. Our 2nd visit there.
