It was right by the beach and beach towels were provided. Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment facilities were good and the host had tried to think of everything we might need (enough bins, iron, hair dryer, dish washer, oven). The living / kitchen area was spacious and supplied with all the basic utensils for self-catering. Everything was clean and parking was easy and super convenient once we'd figured out which car park to park in! We had a couple of questions and a small issue with the sink and, once we had managed to communicate with someone, this was dealt with really quickly and efficiently.

The bed mattresses could do with being changed. We like firm mattresses actually, but these were so uncomfortable that they really impacted on our sleep unfortunately. Instructions for how to use equipment and what to do with rubbish / recycling would have been appreciated. The description that the apartment is facing the sea is slightly deceptive. You can see the sea from the living room and, just about from one of the bedrooms I think, but it is a side view either over a car park or over the neighbour's balcony. The other bedroom window faces the street. The apartment has two side-sea facing balconies. The smaller one adjoins the neighbours side balcony, which is also visible from the sitting room. There was rarely anyone on the balcony during our stay, but it didn't feel very private as a result. The other, larger balcony off the living room is directly above the parking area and visible from the street and the apartment opposite, so again, not so private if that is something that is important for you. Communication was a bit hit and miss and it wasn't really clear who to contact when. Whatsapp numbers were given, but no-one replied. I found it easier sending messages via booking.com's messenger in the end. This is definitely an area they could improve on. Just to let people know who to contact and when someone will be available to answer the phone in you have an issue. Maybe an emergency number too, e.g. if you suddenly get a leak and need immediate help at an unsociable hour. Again, once we did establish contact, things were dealt with quickly, so I do think this is something they can work out.

Bathroom far too small and needs updating . Shower did not work properly

Location: perfect, directly on the beach, but next to the main road (somebody could have problems sleeping because of night noices and cars). Mini market shop over the street, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Near to the airport (taxi 20e) Building: easy to find according to the sent description, before entrance shower possibility from sand (opens with appart.key); check in through safety box Flat: fully A/C, with window blindes, well equipped, clean. Even iron, iron desk, vacum cleaner, washing machine. Kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishes (we didnt cook, good restaurants nearby). 2 water botlles in fridge at arrival, coffee and different tea. Note: kingsize bed is quite smaller than usual. Wifi excellent. Balconies:  4 (sitting possibility on 2 of them). 2 seaside views, 2 main street. With drying rack for clothes Service: Very useful additional towels for the beach. If something was missing or problem, they solved it immediately. Beach: Kastella, blue flag, 2 sunbeds and 1 sun umbrella 7.50e. 10min away McKenzie beach, prices the same.

The apartment is very comfortable, great location, has all essential amenities (even beach towels).

Nothing

The location was great, which was on the beach. We had plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen was also excelent.

The only bad side was that there was only one key for all of us. And the hairdryer didn't work.
