Larnaka Seaview Luxury Suites

Nothing, just the small balcony looking on the beach.

The property was announced as a “Luxury Suites”however it was completely awful!!!! It was like entering in a Motel,…. A check up of a passport didn’t take place and was wondering if the owner had the permission to rent those kind of very very bad rooms with false information. The TV was not workin and all were written in Russian. The Lift didn’t have lights, the mirror insode was broken,… There wasn’t any maintenance inside the building and the room. False information to attrack people to book a room. Very very expensive!

The property is difficult to find, there is no free long term parking. It is up a lot of stairs and the lift was not mechanically sound. The Accommodation smelled really badly, so offensively it was impossible to stay in. There is a very limited kitchen, the bed has no head board and the wiring behind is touching the bedding, The wiring to the TV did not seem safe. No separate eating area or chairs for sitting. There was a cockroach when we arrived and one again on the balcony. The balcony is a weird shape and there is a noisy bar downstairs open until 1am with very loud music. The patio doors dont lock properly and therefore the aircon is unreliable

1) Really good localization, close to the center, bus stop etc. 2) really clean, 3) water, coffee and cosmetics 4) everything what you need - hairdryer, scissors, iron itp

1) Really really loud at Saturday and Sunday. I don’t have problem with sleep, but I can’t sleep :( - I know, it’s close to the center, but windows.. not really good .. it’s the problem. 2) smell in toilet 3) not good instruction for check in

Perfect location clean and simple cozy. The host was super helpful for all the needs and helped with everything.

Very close to the beach and taverns, clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. Check in is simple and easy. The host is very helpful.
