Larnaka Seaview Luxury Suites

Great location right in the heart of Larnarca (though this does mean it can get noisy because bars are nearby)

The bathroom stinks. There is no ventilation in the entire suite. the air conditioner does not run if the balcony door is open, so the air is stagnant and stinky at all times and there is nothing you can do to make it better.

Bustling, central location, many restaurants near by. Super close to the beach, bus stops. Host replies to messages immediately. The room was clean, bright and has everything you need for your stay - towels, cuttlery, glasses, plates, fridge, iron, kettle.

There was no lock to close the door from the inside. The only way to lock the door was with a key, but it was not possible to leave the key in the keyhole (so it cannot be opened from the outside) as it was permamentely attached to keychain you have to use for electricity. Door to the building opened at all times. Funky smell in the bathroom.

Great location and the views from balcony are brilliant. Room itself was clean and had all the options you need.

The location is just perfect. You are right at the beach in the city center with a wonderful view when you wake up! :-) You are surrounded by bars and restaurants and markets, so you cannot be hungry or thirsty ;-) The studio was clean and the bathroom is comfortable enough. In the building, it was rather quiet. No noisy neighbours, but of course, maybe I was lucky as on the same floor, I could hear that the neighbours apartments were also rentals. For one person, the studio is just fine.

Of course, I knew that with the bars around, there would be noise... I just did not expect the windows sound proofing would be so weak. So be aware that EVERYDAY, the bar downstairs has some kind of special music. And it can go until 1:00 AM depending on the day of the week. If you are sensitive to noise, this place is definitely not for you. The second thing that was disappointing: the only way to 'cook' something was with a microwave. There are no cooking stoves. If you are ok with buying ready food that you just need to heat in the microwave, then it's ok for you! ;-)

Perfect location for bars and restaurants with an amazing sea view which is why we booked it in the first place. Other than that, the only fault as below.

The only negative is the drainage like smell coming from the bathroom which is very off-putting every time you go into the bathroom.

Fantastic view and close to everything, nice staff and clean room and good Wi-Fi. good for those that goes partying every night

That they didn’t mention all the extreme noise from downstairs. when it’s placed on top of a bar, it is of course normally to except noise from the area. But from 8 pm every night it felt like being down stairs at the party.
