Check in 16.00 and check out at 11.00 we loose 2 days actually.. I don't know any cleaning company that needs to clean a small apartment 4 hours..????

Consiglio di non richiedere una eventuale franchigia di 150 euro su eventuali danni ai mobili, dato che l' arredamento è post datato e con già dei segni di rotture.

The room was old worn out and smelly. The blind in the main bedroom fell from the first day as it was held up with tape. Sunlight was in the room whilst trying to sleep. I would never recommend this accommodation or your site.

Location was fantastic but that was the only thing that was good about the apartment

It had a sun terrace, which is one of the reasons we booked it. One sunbed was ripped in two places and the other one was covered in weeks of bird poo. When we sent photos to Stay, there response was they are not in control of the birds!! sent a cleaner round to clean it and they did a rubbish job and it was still covered in poo. They ignored me for 3 days and then on wednesday evening at 6.30pm a aman delivered one sun bed, so we had one whole day with one sunbed and we left on the Friday. No compensation/refund, couldn't give a dam, will never use this company again, worst we have ever experienced.
