Perfect location, very clean apartment, excellent communication

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful place, perfect location, very clean, me and my family had a pleasant vacation there. Cypres was very interesting place, good restaurants, nice people, hospitality country.

Apartment is very well equipped, especially for a family stay with small children. There's a washing machine so there's no need to pack a huge amount of clothes for the little ones. The building is noticeably quiet and the surrounding area as well -for the most part, especially compared to the rest of Protaras/Paralimni area. Lots of amenities nearby, we had a car but most of them are also accessible on foot. A bus stop is within walking distance as well. We will, hopefully, book next year as well.

There's a second registration process after booking, not a big deal but a little annoying.g Also, do update the apartment photos.

double bed too small and uncomfortable aesthetically I didn’t like the 2 sofas in kitchen- made it look drab- horrible shapes and colors -easily remedied though with new furniture ( one less sofa even )

The owner is responsive, willing to solve some of the issues, like when the AC broke and start dripping water. The big terrace is great, but didn't quite meet our expectations, since you have to get through two key locked doors to get there. So we used it like just two times. We spent a lot of time outside since being in this place was so uncomformtable. With little investment this can much much better appartment.

The location is quite far from all the vacation localities - no evening / night life. The AC was very smelly from somebody before us smoking in the appartment. And we didnt get rid of this smell during our stay. All the furniture looks quite old and used, definitelly not cleaned (shelfs in the closet we had to clean by ourself). There is no broom in the flat, so you can't even clean the floor by yourself. Kitchen appliances were there but with EU power sockets and no reductions available in the flat.. so you basically cannot use them. As others wrote the frigde is awful, not sure why there is so old fridge. Its cheap stuff to buy. Our food just got spoiled. The water pressure was very little, almost none in the kitchen. And mattresses, those should be replaced long time ago.

They collected deposit for 150 euro, everywhere was notes with rules, sofa bed is just a bed (not possible to sleep there), after arrival we were informed that washing machine is not working.
