Excellent location right by the beach

Facilities were tired and various minor things were not well maintained, the management company left quite a long list of rules to obey but not very many instructions for how to utilize the facilities (how to turn on the master timer switch for the aircon units, how to operate the safe, etc). When we had a problem the management company was useless, but once we finally reached the owner they were very helpful.
