Location, location, location. Especially convenient for those seeking night-life for a few days at the centre / heart of Ayia Napa as it offers a great variety and options like: restaurants, pubs, discos/ clubs etc. Might not be a good idea, though, for those who may want to go to bed before midnight. A couple of convenience stores (kiosks) and mini-markets are very close and this is a plus for this self-catering place. Anything you need at (almost) your doorstep.

Hand-shower handle was broken and water was spilling all over the place. Luckily, both bath and face towels were provided and managed to keep water still in the bathroom.
