There wasn't a single thing I didn't like.

The apartment provided for everything we needed and is ideally situated.

Apartment was lovely, clean and had lots of additional nice touches that you don’t normally find. Everything from phone chargers, bag for food shop, toiletries, cleaning equipment etc. We arrived late and Ellie had provided milk, water, eggs, butter , tea etc to enable us to start day with lovely breakfast, really appreciated by us.

The pool is lovely but the tiles around need some renovation which I’m sure will be done in future. No parasols, which I’ve never experienced before so you will need a hat or get there early for shade 😁

appartment had everything you need and close to everything, but very uncomfortable mattress we had to use extra duvet to cushion the springs in mattress. also bedroom is next to goods inwards at shopping mall. trucks queing at 6am with fridge motors running. the sun never comes on to balcony. pool was only opened on day before leaving. sun beds were put out some of them had torn smelly covering. some tiles missing and others lifting around pool .

The place is really clean and just like in the pics. The complex is amazing, really centraly located, close to everything and Yiota is so nice and helpful. Great tips and suggested and they have everything you need and more.

Excellent host with great communication. Any problems were promptly sorted out. Easy to find, in a central Kato location. Very close to the Mall so easy to buy food. Apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Main bed was large. Fast wifi.

Quite a bit of noise from the Mall during the day starting 6am ish due to delivery lorries and works in the Mall service lane. Not a problem at night though. Would be good to indicate what dates the pool is open and sunbeds available in the property description.

Yiota met us at the apartment, gave us the keys, and explained all information we might need. The apartment was right next to the huge Kings Mall, making it very easy to buy groceries or anything else we needed. Easy to walk everywhere for us or to catch a bus. Good thing, too, because we didn't have a car. Everything in the apartment worked well and it was very clean and quiet and comfortable.

Two keys for the door rather than one would have been helpful so that we did not need to coordinate our entries to the apartment with each other.

I have used booking.com for quite some time now. I have seen places where everything is new and fancy. But still felt like something is missing. Well this place has it. And it is the heart. And the heart of this place is its hostess Yiota. Don't worry you will have everything you need and more. Everything important is close. Just book it and you will be in good hands!

Excellent location near mall, all attractions and a lovely 15 minute walk to the harbour ,lots of extras in apartment such as toiletries and food

We had a lovely stay at Queens Gardens, we were met by Yiota, who was very informative. The wine, fruit and food for breakfast were greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great for us, close to all amenities. We hope to return next year.
