The property is at a central place with good connections to tram, bus, train, walkable to lake zürich.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment is unfortunately in very poor condition and does not match the description. • The bed at the back has a broken wooden headboard with nails sticking out, which is unsafe. • The kettle is brand new but does not fit the Swiss sockets (it is an EU version), so it cannot be used. • The kitchen is very minimally equipped, and basic items such as a dish towel were missing. • There is a strong unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. • The living room has holes in the wall, and there is no dishwasher, even though it was listed in the description. • The awning on the terrace is broken and cannot be retracted, which makes the apartment very dark. • The apartment is extremely noisy. It is so poorly soundproofed that every step and every conversation from above can be clearly heard. Overall, the apartment is absolutely not worth the price. We were shocked at the condition compared to the cost and cannot recommend renting this place to anyone.

Everything was perfect, only that we didn’t find the hair drier, and the kitchen hood vents didn’t work, apart from this minor things we had a great stay, would recommend to a friend 10/10

The apartments are very spacious for our group. We had a great time staying. Definitely recommended especially for large groups. The staff was very helpful from the beginning particularly to Aicha for getting us through the check in process even during minor technical difficulties. Our stay overall was comfortable also because of the location.
