Mye støy og ringing på dørklokke pga feil på utgangsdør gate plan ble vekket opp midt på natta da folk som ikke kom seg inn pga feil på lås på inngangsdøra Pratet med en som bodde der har ringt å meldt fra ingenting skjer !!!!!!!!!!!!

Extrem enttäuschen, da das Check in nicht geklappt hat, viel zu kompliziert und nicht machbar, sodass ich 2 Stunden nicht einchecken konnte und das Zimmer nicht benützt habe - extrem frustrierend, trotzdem der volle Preis abgebucht. Schämen sie sich. Das Zimmer sollte nicht über Hotelsuche aufscheinen und dann kein Schlüssel zu bekommen sein

Die Lage war super, weil in Stadtzentrum nur ca. 15 Gehminuten notwendig waren. Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war auch sehr gut. Die Ausstattung vom Apartment war gut, allerdings etwas veraltet.

Die Luft im Apartment war sehr abgestanden und es war ein etwas muffiger Geruch. In Verbindung mit Zigarettengeruch war dies beim Begehen des Apartments sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Durch das Lüften wurde es angenehmer.

The property is at a great location, next to tram 11 and 18 lines. We had small terrace which is great to sit outside. The kitchen is very well equipped with all needed to cook in terms of spoons, pots, pans etc (could be nice to get some oil for cooking so we don't have to bay big one for few days, some spices, etc) but apart from that it is nice kitchen setting. The space of the apartment is large. The kyes are easy to find and collect. There where 2 bags for trash supplied (maybe it is better to give no limit and just ask politely people to use less) I was stressed a bit since there is no next by recycling facility and I was not sure if it will be enough) if not maybe add in cleaning every few days or at least indicate where more towels\trash begs\ etc can be taken.

The neighbors and streets very noisy around and the lightening from the street is right in the windows of the bedroom. If you need to open the windows (no AC) it is becoming very bright in the room. The apartment is old and smells like no proper air flow trout it, but if you can stay with open windows it is ok an does not bother too much (only in the bathroom). The deposit thing is first time I get something like this ordering via booking. Unfortunately there was no too many options in booking for my dates in this location, but really taming 7 days to open the deposit?? In the first place it is very unappropriated to ask for it and if so, it should be canceled the day after we leave and not kept with the property owner for so long. Booking shall see to it maybe. Bring with you bathroom utilities like hair conditioner because the one we got there was with some white clogs in it, maybe it stands there for too long. The mattress is very hard but with some memory foam or so? only very small and soft pillow, if you want to have good sleep and you are picky about it, maybe it is not perfect for you.

Abbiamo apprezzato: le stanze molto grandi, la biancheria pulita, la posizione rispetto al centro, la tranquillità, il terrazzino attrezzato con tavolo e sedie

Non abbiamo gradito tanto: il bagno un po' datato, anche se perfettamente funzionante, la vasca invece del piatto doccia, la mancanza dell'asciugacapelli (che abbiamo dovuto acquistare), la presenza di 2 forchette, ma noi eravamo in tre! Eccessiva rigidità nell'orario del check-in (previsto ed effettuato per le 16,00 nonostante avessimo comunicati che saremmo arrivati per le 13,00)
