No está cerca del centro, pero justo abajo está la estación de tranvía y bus. El grifo de la ducha dañado. El checking muy tarde. La puerta de abajo siempre está abierta pero en la noche la cierran y no te dejan llaves para abrir.

Worst ever place I had chosen through Booking.com. I suggest to ban the company Swissstay: 1) The name "Beautiful Boutique Apartment" is very misleading. The apartment is located on a run-down complex destined for demolition. 2) The front door look is defective and on more than 35% of evenings I had to wait 15 minutes of more before I could get access to the apartment door. 3) I stayed for 22 days at the place and had to make my own arrangements for getting beddings washed. 4) There is no provision to get any help from the landlord Swissstay Apartments. Just empty promises via automatic WhatsApp messages. 5) I took over the apartment in filthy condition and I had to make own arrangements for cleaning first. The vacuum cleaner provided was completely overfilled. When complaining to Swissstay Apartments the maintenance team just dropped an empty dustbag at the apartment door. The vacuum cleaner was never put back into an operational condition. 6) Maintenance team members are rarely present on the premises and they are strictly refusing of talking to any guests. The most horrible place I have ever stayed and as a Swiss Citizen I feel ashamed to any visitor from other countries who have been tricked of staying in this place.
