Friendly and helpful staff, roomy, great location, very comfortable.

Pricey, mushy pillows, would have liked a second chair.

The location is perfect. It is right across from the train station, so arriving at the apartment is very easy. There is an elevator in the building and a laundrette downstairs. It's 6 CHF/liter. Best of all, a grocery store in the building makes it easy to buy and prepare your own meals, which is nice because Zermatt is expensive. Public transportation is a breeze, so if you want to take the gondola up on the other side of town, you just jump on the bus across from the train station and are there in 10 minutes. This was a lovely place to stay, and we would plan another trip again.

Collecting the keys was fine, but you must go to another location to get them and be prepared to pay the 80 CHF fee in cash (we didn't know that and had to find an ATM) to get the keys. The apartment's dining room and living room have glass tables and white couches, so not great with little kids. The kitchen could be a little better equipped. Overall, these were small things and not critical to our comfortable stay.

The apartment was very modern and had all we needed. It was just infront of the train station and on top of the Coop from where we bought all the food we needed. It was close to shops and attractions. The owner was so kind to meet us late at night even though we had a delay. It was equipped with an ensuite bathroom and another room with shower and wc. It was a 2 bedroom apartment and 5 can easily sleep comfortably. We loved it! It exceeded our expectations!
