We liked everything esp Giovanni's complimentary nespresso. Fantastic location, quiet even within the shopping center itself. We had the perfect stay.

The space is great and location is just next to the railway station. It has great amenities just within very short walking distance. The kitchen is well very equipped.

The highly sophisticated common toilet shower needs some figuring out. 2 of the beds were soft and made lots of noise when we turned in our beds. The responses to messages in bookings.com were almost non-existent. We had a problem with the shower door but didn't get a response from them. Eventually we managed to fix it ourselves. As the reception is a few buildings away, we need to make a trip to the reception if we need anything. There wasn't any good view from the apartment.

- Great location. Right the opposite of the main station. Big Coop in the same building. - Great size of the unit for family of 4 adults. Rooms are big. - Changed the dates of our stay and approved with no additional fee by the host.

During check in, I was asked to fill out a form with information I have provided with the booking. Although the staff ended up filling out the form for me but the process could have been simpler.

the apartment was very roomy, warm and conveniently situated to the station and the supermarket. having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a very pleasant experience for the three of us, as my husband had joined us in Zurich.

the door on the shower in the bathroom was not working properly, but was attended too after we reported it.
