Raul und sein Hund Scooby.

Bettwäsche hat nach tagelangen nicht gewaschem Schweiß gestunken. Fenster nicht verschliessbar. Bei Windstößen bewegen sie sich und machen enormen Krach. Schlafen unmöglich. Sehr stickig, da keine Zugluft möglich. Sauberkeit mangels entsprechender Instandhaltung verbesserungswürdig. Kein warmes Wasser, Klimaanlage tropft in die Dusche. Keine Seife. Keine Nachtkasten, kein Fön. Steiles enges Stiegenhaus. Hellhörig, man hört absolut alles. Das Apartment entspricht nicht den Bildern.

Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit vielen schönen Details. Nur ein paar Schritte von der Strandpromenade und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Don Rubén ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit ein paar extra Küchenutensilien ausgeholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

"Vista sensacional de la bahía de Taganga entrando por las ventanas"

El apto es un mirador espectacular de la bahía de Taganga, súper bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la playa, del comercio y de restaurantes. Todo muy cerca. El acceso es bueno con varias opciones de transporte público y con muy buen servicio de agua. El apto es acogedor, con buen mobiliario y dotación básica. Recomendado.

Mejorar la escalera al 4to piso porque es muy estrecha y con los escalones disparejos; también dotar de otro aire acondicionado para la sala a manera de sugerencia.
