The accomadation is really well located, 1 minute away from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. There are two bathrooms which is great, when you traveling with three people. The owner was very friendly, and the neighbors around are also helpful if you need anything.

The apartment could be a bit cleaner (e.g., the dishes and hair in the shower). Depending on which apartment you live in, you either have a sunset view or not.

Ruben was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. The apartment was well-equipped, very clean, spacious and charming!

The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having two bathrooms. We were able to enjoy the balcony on several occasions and it's so close to the beach and bus transportation

The listed address is incorrect. The listed phone number goes straight to voicemail. The pictures show two different apartments, there is only one bedroom with one bed. We waited at the door for an hour for the host, named Ruben, to arrive with the keys, and then had to wait another 45 minutes for him to clean the apartment. There were ants all over the kitchen making it impossible to leave put food anywhere, so we didn't cook at all during our stay. I thought that I could pay with the credit card I used to reserve the apartment, but the host told me I can only pay in cash which cost me a huge ATM fee. We were able to come to an agreement via WhatsApp with David, Ruben's son, who was much more reasonable, level headed, and pleasant to deal with. We agreed to leave at 12:00PM on checkout day and leave the cash payment in a kitchen drawer and hang the keys up on the hook inside the entrance. On checkout day at about 6:45AM , Ruben came to the apartment and began pounding on the door and yelling at us, demanding that we pay him immediately. My spanish isn't very good so it was impossible for me to clearly communicate with him in person, so my spanish speaking girlfriend had to be the one to speak with this raging man. We paid Ruben the cash amount agreed upon with David, but then he demanded we pay him extra because we had the air conditioner turned on for too long. I refused to pay him more, shut the door and locked it. We could hear him still talking and going up and down the stairs for a few more minutes but eventually he left. Because of having to deal with Ruben, I would recommend nobody ever stay here. Truly awful experience, the worst I have had at any apartment/hotel.
