Excelente atención de los encargados

Die Kabine 3 war sehr geräumig, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet mit kompletter Küche, Handtüchern und im Schlafzimmer gab es A/C.

Schlechte Kommunikation, Intransparenz, abweichender Preis. Erstmal war es nicht leicht zu finden. Bei Google ist der Name "hospedaje Chazú". Anders als hier beschrieben gab es keine Parkplätze. Wir mussten an der Straße vor dem Haus parken und wurden von der Nachbarin zum umparken aufgefordert. Bei Ankunft hatten wir noch keinen Code zur keybox, aber die Besitzer waren nicht unter der Telefonnummer erreichbar, sondern eine andere Person, die dann jemanden schickte um das Geld einzusammeln. Dass wir nur bar zahlen konnten, war uns vorher nicht bewusst, das hätte man transparenter machen können. Achtung: Hier wird mit dem Umrechnungskurs $1 zu 500 colones gerechnet und nicht mit dem tagesaktuellen Umrechnungskurs - deshalb habe ich am Ende mehr bezahlt als nötig. Die Stellvertreter der Besitzer vor Ort hatten außerdem einen anderen Betrag in der App als bei mir, was zu Streit führte. Das liegt aber teilweise an booking, wo die Steuern wahrscheinlich absichtlich nicht enthalten sind damit es günstiger wirkt. Alles in allem eine unangenehme und schlecht organisierte Erfahrung.

Non avendo una macchina potrebbe essere complesso con i bagagli essendo che non hanno un luogo per depositarli, anche se nel mio caso sono stati disponibili.

El parqueo, a pesar de que es calle pública y tranquila, no deja de ser la calle, donde uno deja el vehículo.

Muy bien ubicado con unos dueños atentos.

Espacio un poco reducido pero suficiente para comer, pero lo que de verdad nos decepcionó fue el estado de limpieza de la habitación. Había restos de heces de un bicho en una de las camas, baño y lavaplatos, dos cucarachas vivas, la nevera con moho y dos cangrejos (vivos) en las dos noches que nos quedamos.

Chazu was difficult to find. Once we found it there was no parking, we parked on the street beside and the lady next door kicked us out. We ended up parking in front Chazu of on a weird V slant between the front fence and road - I guess it worked?!? We received information from the owners for the code to the key box to get our keys which worked fine. The room was quite dark even though it has a window. The small kitchen was fine for a quick snack and the room was very clean. Wifi (once we got the correct code) & AC worked well. One bed wasn't very comfortable but the other one was fine, all pillows were super high which we don't like but may be fine for others. Walking distance to many restaurants and the water. Just for the record, there are no beaches right in Quepos - its all rocky. Based on the price paid it was ok value, but we wouldn't book it again.

It was all just ok, no major complaints.

The fridge was useful.

Awful. Do not stay here. Read this before making the same mistake of booking here as we did. No communication. Couldn't get in and had to ask members of the public to make calls and help us gain access. They finally responded to my message with a generic text 3 days later. Room #2. No hot water. Cold showers only. No cleaning, despite paying a cleaning charge, the toilet bins didn't get emptied, we had inquiry what to do with it. No shampoo is provided, and the electric shower is not working. Also, the bedside lamp, not working and the sink had broken away from the wall. There is no parking space, despite stating that parking is available. Only private properties around here. They had the cheek to overcharge and demand payment in cash, despite stating that card payment could be authorised prior to arrival with an awful service provided. It took them 3 and a half days to respond to my messages on gaining access to the key code lock. They were very hostile and stating that they couldn't take card payment, demanding cash at inflated rates, I went to the local bank to get confirmation of the actual exchange rate. Also, the images used to advertise the property are very misleading. The only animals around here are cockroaches. Simply put, it was very disappointing with poor service, and to be overcharged for a property with dysfunctional amenities, I strongly recommend you find other accommodations elsewhere.

Small kitchen allowed for us to cook. Full size fridge made saving food easy.

Everything was great.

Large beds and room, fast wifi, A/C available, clean easy self check in

communication with payment not so easy, no proper parking space, not easy to find no direct light noisy neighbors
