One bedroom apartment in Paphos in good location

Super ubytovanie, hneď v centre vedľa nákupného centra. Najbližšia pláž je asi 10 minút pešo ale s priateľom sme často využívali verejne bicykle aby sme sa dostali na iné pláže alebo pozreli cele pobrežie. Na ubytovaní bolo všetko co sme potrebovali vrátane základných potravín.

Ťažši prvý prístup k ubytovaniu ale majiteľ vám pošle veľa fotiek podľa ktorých keď pôjdete sa tam dostanete. Funguje tu samostatný checkin takže sa s nikým ani nestretnete. Majiteľ vám pošle kódy od brány a kde nájdete kľúče od bytu.

Would have liked an information folder with information on area and what was expected from us for example on departure. Also the white envelope with tips written on it was not good .

Nice clean apartment with air conditioning, has the pool and the beach is near by to go for a swim on a hot day. The owner was very communicative and helpful with directions how to get here and any other help we needed, checked in with us if everything was okay mid stay.

The air conditioning kept stopping every two hours so during the night it would get quite hot and we would have to get up to turn it back on. We’re not sure if it was just us not knowing how to turn it on for longer.

the double bed was very comfortable and provided good rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils and tools for a short stay, and the air conditioner (aside from the frustrating timer) cooled the room very well.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The water pressure was extremely low—so low that taking a proper shower was nearly impossible. On top of that, the air conditioner had a timer and would automatically turn off every two hours during the night, which meant I had to keep waking up to turn it back on. That was really frustrating. When I brought up the water issue with the host, the response was that “the whole of Cyprus has low water pressure because of water-saving measures.” Honestly, this kind of dismissive answer felt more insulting than the actual problem. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I felt like my intelligence was being underestimated. Overall, the experience gave me the feeling of being in a place facing a serious water crisis—definitely not what you’d expect or hope for during a vacation. The sofa bed was also a big disappointment. It wasn’t really a sofa bed at all, just a regular three-seater couch that was not suitable for sleeping. Calling it a “sofa bed” is misleading—it was extremely uncomfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall had a good experience. Check-in and check-out were exactly as described—timely and without flexibility, so be sure to plan accordingly. The apartment was easy to find, and the location is excellent—just 5–7 minutes to the sea and about 3 minutes to the Big King Mall supermarket. The apartment was clean, with fresh linens and well-prepared for guests. There were dishes for four people, several pots and pans, and small welcome items like two coffee capsules, tea bags, salt, pepper, oil, and bottled water, which were a thoughtful touch. There’s a shared swimming pool near the building with warm water and numbered sun loungers for guests. A poolside shower is also available, which is very handy. Inside the apartment, everything worked well: the plumbing is good, there’s a washing machine (though no detergent provided), a small refrigerator, a stove, good Wi-Fi, and a lovely large balcony overlooking the courtyard. Overall, a clean and conveniently located apartment with good amenities—but a few small improvements would make the experience much more comfortable.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The hair dryer didn’t work, and there were no European socket adapters provided, which made it difficult to charge devices or use a personal hair dryer. The air conditioner also operates on a timer, running for a maximum of 2 hours at a time—meaning you’ll need to wake up during the night to turn it back on, which is inconvenient in the summer heat. A couple of suggestions: It would be helpful if the apartment included one or two laundry detergent capsules for short stays, and offered European socket adapters, either complimentary or for a small fee.
