Modern and clean

Not much ,properly is faultless …dangerous drivers on road , take care crossing at night even on crossings as plenty run the red lights !

The room had everything we needed and it also included one adaptor for the eu charging ports. Really close to the mall. Very clean, easy to find. Really helpful host! Will definitely choose the apartment if we visit again!

Nice apartment, perfect for 2 people.

We rented the place for 3 adults. It turned out that the third person had to sleep on the couch. When we couldn't find the third bed and appropriate bedsheets for a 3rd person we asked the owner. We were told that the description said "sofa", not sofa bed, I was shocked by this. You don't make people pay for sleeping on the couch and should not advertise the place as something appropriate for 3 people! As this was our first time in Cyprus, we did not know how to turn the hot water on, no information was provided about it, so on our first evening and next morning we had cold showers. The internet didn't work on either day, but the only help we got was "reset it!" That didn't solve the issue. I informed the owner about our complaints but didn't get any positive response. He/she does not seem to have the notion of taking care of guests and should not be in this business! When I asked for a partial refund, it was refused. I waited 2 months to write this review, hoping that my disappointment would change, I look at what happened differently, but the time hadn't changed my view.

Hard to enter first time due to old code lock.

The apartment itself is very clean and nice. the location is good and it easy to find. Fully equipped kitchen to make tea, coffee or cook your own meals, comfy bed. Good wifi. There is also a washing machine if you are staying for longer. There is no parking but we just parked in the area for residents. there were enough parking. Walking distance to the shopping mall and the beach.

It was not very clear which locker box to use to get the keys. It was difficult to enter the main gate to go into the apartments location because the code that we were given had * instead of # so it took us some time to figure it out. The owner didn't answer the phone so a random guy living in the same building had to help us. we were 3 people so sleeping on the sofa for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable but the main bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The paper note with Wifi code was on the floor behind the TV so we couldn't find it right away. We didn't know how to turn on hot water before you have a shower. This flat needs some more clear instructions.

Clean and comfortable. Good support from the staff. Convenient location for sightseeing and travelling by public transport.
