Location was okay -a short walk about 8 minutes to main promenade & beach. Room had all the requirements-kitchen well equipped, air conditioners, hot water service, etc
A lift as very difficult to lug suitcases up the to 1st floor-2 lots of steps, TV did not have general access- was smart TV so could only watch limited free to air programs -like new and limited movise that were free on utube Some evenings there was a foul smell outside from the apartment - like a "rotten gas or sewerage smell' most likely coming from building next door that is being renovated.

The facility was good, location also good, it is near to the beach and bus station. Also we had issue with door, and they help us fastly.
There are cockroaches in the appartment, and the problem wasn't solved by hosts. They sent cleaner only after we have solved the problem by ourselves. The smell of outside the appartment was unplesant.

It was in a good location close to everything
It was very dirty looks abandoned from the outside front door left open 24/7 lots of cockroaches in building along with inside the apartments
