Cozy apartment with Free Parking & close to Lake

The apartment is big, with a nice view over the mountains, good location, as it is quite close to the lake. The host let us leave our luggages until in the afternoon in our last day, after the checkout. Smart TV with Netflix

We arrived 15 minutes before the self check in time (which was at 15.00) and the apartment was not cleaned yet from the previous people. After contacting the host to let her know the situation, we left and in less than 45 minutes we receive a message that the apartment is cleaned and ready. A thorough cleaning cannot be done in such a short time. The cleaning lady just changed the towels and changed the bed sheets. Although it was a smoking free apartment, when we arrived the whole apartment smelled of tobacco and it was not at all aired, all the windows being closed. Dust was not cleaned, the floors were greasy and not washed, dirty windows, broken ventilator, broken window blinds in the bedroom (they could not be lifted, which meant no natural light there), dirty kitchen and dirty cutlery. The windows had no curtains and no mosquito nets and we were not able to leave the window open during the night to get some air, considering that we had no air conditioning The towels were very small and thin, the bed sheets were not 100% cotton. Traffic noise could be heard during the night, as the windows were not soundprof. Very dirty sofa with a lot of crumbs underneath and stains. We were also offered a coverlet for the bed which was white and had several stains on it, so I did not know if it was washed before or not. The bed itself was very noisy and creaky, like something was not assembled correctly Overall, the apartment is definitely overpriced for what it offered, especially in terms of cleaning and basic hygiene rules.

Clean, nicely furnished & comfortable little apartment with convenient location close to bus stop. The host, Andrea, was very responsive & accomodating. She let us put our lugage way ahead of the check in time. She was very helpful in giving us directions as well.
