"Excellent, value for money, near to the center and the train station."

when we reached the address, the company came and told us they are extremely sorry but the mainatainance work in the toilet hasnt finished yet so they took us around the city for about 3 appartments and we were told to choose one of them. We took the one which fitted our needs. Although we lost a little bit of time, but we are extremely happy with the professionalism and committment of the company.

The location is amazing! Very accessible to transportation and shops.

The floor is a bit dirty. It just needs mopping. And the pillows are not really comfortable.

Location was excellent. Few minutes from Interlaken West station, pleasant walk mainly flat. Room was spacious enough.

It smelled of cigarette smoke when we first entered the room.

The location was accessible.

The pillows was not comfortable as it easily flattens when being laid on. Apart from it, the property doesn’t give prior instructions such as the code for the lock box and doesn’t reply with the queries sent.
