Basically, nothing. The location is sort of okay as there is a Coop nearby and a bus station right next to it. The Interlaken West train station is within 6 min of walking distance. Although train to most popular destinations leave from Interlaken East. But nothing apart from the location was good

The toilet seat was broken. There was water and hair on the toilet floor, and the tiles were broken. The toilet roof was moldy. The water leakes from somewhere, and the one corner of the toilet is always wet. It is just horrible in one word. There was a hole in one of the bed sheets, and the other had a smell of cigarette. Two of four stoves were out of function, and the curtilaries were in poor condition. The owner NEVER replies after you check in. I asked where we should throw the garbage but never received a reply. I called twice, and they declined the call without any reply. It is a place that the owner just uses to earn easy money with almost zero maintenance and doesn't have any respect for the tenant. AVOID this place if you can. It is not worth it on vacation.

It was basically in the city centre, near to great bars and restaurants, we were also shown a free parking spot around the corner by the owner.

Bad neighbours, we just parked our car for 10 minutes in the street so we can put in our bags and they start yell at us that we cannot park there. Also the wifi didn't work which was not great when we are tourists from EU.

Location is fine and price is competitive for Switzerland where property is very expensive.

Communication with host was just terrible. They will not reply to your requests or questions. After you send them a million messages, you will finally get a rude answer. If you are lucky and insistent you will get a check-in code but NO EARLIER THAN AFTER CHECK-IN TIME. They don't pick up the phone, only WhatsApp communication. Be prepared to complain to Booking. Host does not understand that people who fly many hours visiting a new country want to be prepared and not stressed by getting check-in instructions. Also no internet as advertised; when I contacted them about it, they just ignored it.

NOTHING AS THE OWNER DID NOT PICK THE CALL AND THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND THE WASROOM WAS ALSO NOT CLEANED PROPERLY

ONCE THE KEY GOT LOCKED INSIDE THE DOOR I CALLED THE OWNER AND HE CANCELLED MY CALLS I CAME AT THE CHECK INN TIME AT 4PM AND AFTER NON STOP CALLING AND MESSAGING HE GAVE ME THE DOOR CODE THEN I SEND HIM THE PICTURE OF NOT CLEANED PROPERLY HE DID NOT RESPOND

Location is great! Affordable accommodation in Interlaken

There is no WiFi. Owner doesn’t respond to any queries.

the location was perfect. If your traveling with car you may park for free just 2 minutes away(7pm-7am)

To be honest the apartment did not meet our expectations. It was clean to some level however it had just basics and felt like it wasn't invested in more than 10 years. We were out from 6-7 Morning till 20:00. In other word we kind of just slept there, so it was okey. other than that if we were to spent more hours there I assume it would be difficult.

The location is good. Close to Interlaken West station. There was a microwave. Bed was good.

Initially the refrigerator was not cleaned. I complained then cleaning lady arrived to fix those. There was no wifi or poor wifi connection. I complained and the host didn't respond. If you need wifi, this place is not for you.
