Ótima localização, pertíssimo do Parque Augusta e da estação Mackenzie-Higienópolis. O funcionário da portaria foi muito simpático e atencioso para cadastrar nossa entrada no prédio. Os chocolatinhos e café para os hóspedes tb achei um mimo muito atencioso!

Gostei de tudo no local. Só seria importante ajustar a comunicação entre hóspede e anfitrião: às vezes a comunicação acontece pelo booking, às vezes pelo wpp e não parece que seja a mesma pessoa administrando ambos, aí demorou um pouco para conseguir a chave de acesso. O horário de check-out no booking é mais cedo do que o informado pelo wpp. Acabei considerando o wpp, mas a responsável pela arrumação acabou chegando pelo horário do booking.
