Dona do apartamento atenciosa, deixou café e chocolate cortesia. Cama confortável e chuveiro bom.

Rua absolutamente mal frequentada, com muitas "GP" na porta, pessoas dormindo na rua, gerando uma sensação de muita insegurança. TV não é smart, pra quem faz questão também é um problema.

Apesar do apartamento ser pequeno, estava limpo e cheiroso, tudo funcionando.

A comunicação com a portaria para fazer o check-in foi difícil. O e-mail de confirmação do booking estava com número do andar errado e não constava nenhuma informação sobre número do apto. Na saída ficamos presos na garagem, tive que ir duas vezes na portaria.

Agilidade na portaria, para entrar e sair do prédio. Prédio novo. Gostei muito dos chocolates e cafés cortesia que estavam no quarto. A água do banho é quente e tem água quente na pia do banheiro também.

A TV tem que ser modernizada, colocar uma que tenha Netflix, Youtube etc. A famosa SmartTV. Fez falta.
