Nice host, great apartment

The property is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of the city, with a pizza place and sushi bar a 1 minute walk away. The owner is lovely and speaks perfect English. The property is gated which meant we felt safe - not that you feel unsafe in Punta Arenas mind you!

The apartment we stayed in didn’t have a washing machine which was a shame but not a drama. We just had to ensure to pack enough clothing for our week long stay.

One rare place private own takes the credit card payment. Most places need cash. This was very convenient and also host came from work to give us early access to the apartment.

Owners are very nice and helpful. Apartment has all you need appliances. It is warm inside and you can control temperature by yourself. There is a washing machine if you need it. Location is central, so everything you need is a walking distance.

Plenty of space in a decent location. Very safe! And great value.

It was a little far from the downtown area.
