Departamentos Kitkaika

We arrived in the morning by bus from Puerto Natales and we booked a pinguïn tour in the afternoon. It was no problem to leave our luggage in the morning in the apartment.

Nothing at all even barely negative. It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

There were honestly no negatives.

The host and her family were really friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and fairly modern. Great value for our short stay in Punta Arenas, and a short walk from the city center and bus station.

Lovely stay, and I'd be happy to stay here again if I am back in Punta Arenas!

Large apartment. Good bed. Heating was nice. Two bathrooms. Goid internet. Friendly host who made us feel at home.

It was impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower (either too hot or too cold).
