It was clean and near the station, owner was very friendly and prompt in response. Beautiful view of the city.

It is a bit up the hill, which provides fantastic views of Zermatt, but not too far that it taxes your legs. It was spotless and comfortable for four of us. I will definitely return if I come back to Zermatt. Also, Arlette is an attentive and interesting host who has great stories.

It is a very nice apartment with all necessary facilities, including a microwave. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building for a reasonable cost. The location is perfect: around 1000 ft from the Zermatt train station. If you don’t have too much luggage you can just walk there. You will have to go up around 80 ft. The owners were very cordial and helpful, great people

I cannot think of anything that could have been improved. The shower was excellent.

The property manager sent messages accusing us of having more guests staying than we had and was very rude.
