Fully Well Equipped to meet daily necessities needs. Host is friendly, and answer your questions immediately. She even included free chocolate for stayers. Locations is nearby to train stations Rooms is clean and well kept, bed is comfy. There is heater in the rooms and toilet if needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here and had a very relaxing time. The property is a short (approx 10 mins) uphill walk from the Zermatt station. To get to your apartment, first you need to get the keys from a lockbox and then there is a long tunnel (this feels quite theatrical which is kinda fun) and a couple of elevators. It can be slightly tricky the first time but Arlette (the host) had given very accurate instructions to make it easy. The apartment itself is very cozy, was kept very clean and well-organized. There were some swiss chocolates and a bottle of wine kept for us which was a delightful surprise. The kitchen was well-equipped and had basic stuff such as oil, some spices, salt, pepper, etc. Arlette is very helpful in case you have some issues. I had forgotten the swiss adapter for electric sockets and couldn't charge my laptop, but Arlette lent me a couple of them which was very nice indeed! Overall we enjoyed it a lot and would love staying here again the next time as well :)

Everything was great. The only minute thing was that one has to pay small amount (like 30-40 cents per pod) for coffee pods. This was no issue as such for us but this can be a small annoyance for someone and maybe can be improved in future somehow like keeping a few coffee pods included in the price and then charging some amount in case someone wants extra pods. Just a minor suggestion.

The bed and pillows are too soft to our liking.
