The location is amazing and a great place to stop for visiting Matterhorn. The apartment is so cute and cozy with everything one could possibly need for a comfy stay. But the best thing about the apartment is the host! So attentive and so communicative, ready to help with anything!

The apartment was in a great location close to everything that Zermatt has to offer. The apartment has been refurbished, amenities were fantastic. Would highly recommend a stay.

There was nothing about the apartment that I didn’t like.

Short walk from the station ( 6/7 min ) , apartment connected by elevator placed on a good height with a terrace overlooking the valley ( perfect place for morning coffee n evening wine ) hotels n apartments on the main street would surely lack the view what u get from this apartment and also u get ur 100% silence compared to the noisy main street Kitchen fully equipped Bedroom spacious comfortable n cozy Living room comfortable with attached kitchen and dining 1 bathroom big enough We took 3/4 minutes to walk down to the main Street Soo when u come out of the building the left goes towards the main station from where the street starts and from ur right a road down takes u to the centre of the street right where u have the live music bar n food place which is the only place open till 1 am mid night - lots of other caffees and resturants around but they close at 10 pm Apartment has everything you could ask for , we were welcomed with a bottle of wine & chocolate It's a perfect place to stay , 100% value for money

Should consider putting a center table in the living room other then that everything is perfecto

I travelled with my family and all of us love this apartment so much. It is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. A warming gift includes pieces of chocolate & a bottle of Swiss red wine is a bonus!!

Good location. Lots of kitchenware and equipment.

A little bit difficult to get there, but not that a problem.

The owner has upgraded the toilet and also installed a retractable bed in the living room.they were even provide chocolate and toys for my kids to play.

The checkin process can be a bit confusing, but it was resolved immediately.

The host is one of the best I have ever met. The place is cozy and home feel. You have everything you need. Exceptionally clean and tidy. The host has made everything ready for us, including laundry, which is normally available in bnb in Switzerland.

Good apartment, good location, comfy beds, lots of kitchen equipment and extras

Being asked to pay for coffee pods and other kitchen equipment (so we didn’t use) when we thought this should have been included for the price we paid. Also being asked to clean the apartment before leaving and take all the bedding off.. something we haven’t been asked to do before for booking.com which made our departure a bit stressful as we had to leave early.
