living room faces Matterhorn. Mountain view from the living room is obstructed by next floor balcony cutting Matterhorn off and making it true Garden view as advertised. However, from the balcony it is great Matterhorn view, which is not mentioned at the listing and was a very nice surprise.

there was no internet when we checked in on Saturday. it was sorted out on Monday.

Too far from City. Very Very less connectivity of buses, electric car charge a bomb price of 50franks for one way drop. walk way is very very steep and difficult for anyone to walk down or up., no dishwasher or washer in the room. highly overcharged

Great place located beautifully with views to Matterhorn. Easy access to the gondola and a 10-15 minutes walk to down town.

The house was clean and the view was great.

Had major issues with the washer and the dryer. The listing felt like a money grab to us with a lack of personalization. Basic items weren't provided, and at that rate, I'd expect them to.

Space, view, design, layout, cleanliness.

The location was a little out of town and up a steep hill, requiring CHF 22.00 taxi ride each way. There was no microwave, paper towels or facial tissue.

Great views, modern apartment, close to lift

The house is very comfortable, spacious, tastefully designed and equipped. The location is great for a ski vacation. Julia was really helpful and attended our needs very promptly. The view of Matterhorn from the balcony was an additional delight.

even though there is a ski storage room in the facility, I would suggest to rent out a locker down at the Matterhorn express station and store the skis&boots there since the apart is quite uphill and it gets tricky if the terrain is icy.
